Predictive boiler control is now a reality. And it has incredible advantages. Optimal Predictive Control is the result of a joint development with Politecnico di Milano: it is a next-generation boiler control system based on a predictive control model (MPC).
Optimal Predictive Control
This model is used to simulate the future conditions of boilers in different production scenarios in order to set it according to the parameter to be optimized.
Specifically designed for our boilers in HE Smart version, Optimal Predictive Control allows the steam generator to always operate at the optimum point chosen by the end-user, managing sudden changes in operating conditions in the most efficient way.
