The Cannon Bono Energia Italian authorized assistance technicians met in our headquarters on the 22nd of June for their annual technical meeting: this is one of the stages of an important continuous training program.
In order to keep the excellence of the quality of the boiler till the after sales phase, Cannon Bono Energia guides the technicians of its authorized service centres through a dedicated and structured training program.
The most important milestone of this training is the annual technical meeting, which took place on June 22nd in Peschiera Borromeo’s (MI) manufacturing centre and was focused on the recent developments of the control systems and the “4.0 industry” compliant solutions for the “Smart” boiler rooms.
The new features of the Optispark, the Cannon Bono Energia proprietary automatic control and management system for steam generators, were presented: among these, 4 new languages (Chinese, German, Slovenian, Czech).
Advance notice about new coming features, that are going to be included in next release, was given; they concern HMI (human machine interface) and additional packages as the “Advanced Smart Services” module.
Special focus was given to the high efficiency HE Smart Boilers, the flagship series. These steam generators, proprietary technology of Cannon Bono Energia, perform a 97,5% energy efficiency fully guaranteed by contract; this allows relevant cost savings as the consumption of electric power and fuel gas dramatically decreases.
How can the performance be constant during the boiler operation as its load is floating?
This is possible thanks to the correct configuration of all set-up parameters.
From classroom to training on the job: in the afternoon the group moved to the test area of the workshop, where a HE Smart boiler was running. The technicians worked hard on the correct setting up of the boiler parameters to guarantee the constant high efficiency level during plant operation: a really critical procedure that needs a high level competence.
The Cannon Bono Energia School supplies the authorized service centres with training and refresher courses in order to offer an always better service to its customers.
