Together with ÉSECÈ, our team proposed the installation of an FT 300 boiler, which would address a number of the textile company’s key needs.
One of the major advantages of the FT 300 is its low water content, which means it can be registered in Category 1 according to Spanish regulations. This eliminates the need for the textile company to build a new boiler room to house the equipment, which would have been both time-consuming and expensive.
Another advantage of the FT 300 is its two-pass configuration, which enables it to respect emission limitations more effectively than reverse furnace boilers. This feature is crucial for companies operating in the textile industry, as emissions control is a vital issue in the industry.
Finally, the FT 300’s high-efficiency configuration, which includes a large economizer, ensures up to 95% efficiency. This not only helps the textile company to reduce its energy costs but also to reduce its carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future.
